Honestly, I can't see many cars showing up for that one. No supers in Jersey and that place is going to be really hard on motors as big and tacky as it usually is.

Actually josh the track isn't as tacky as you think it is slick on the bottom it takes a lot of rubber now very good feature racing been their twice so far

Well, that might help, but the fact that it's so big and so fast is still going to chase some cars away. They ran the WoO late models there way back in the first or second year of this version of the WoO, and the car count wasn't good. It's hard because there really isn't any local cars. They have to rely on the Delaware cars and there isn't exactly a bunch of them down there.

That race that track was horrible new owners from then to now better racing it's no jay James Doug Hoffman did a great job getting that track back in shape and some drivers back racing their full time again .....now his brother Keith and the rest of the crew run it now and do it the same way it will be a better race and will get at least 30 cars guys from pa can come just up the turn pike right?

I would be very (pleasantly) surprised if 30 cars showed up. I'll be there but I would expect more along the lines of 15-20 cars to show.

            Thanks,
            Jeff.

I don't disagree that Doug (RIP) and Keith have done wonders for the place. That doesn't address the fact that the track is bigger than just about every track late models see and there are no local cars. I referenced the WoO show because back in those days, WoO shows generally got 40+ cars and they got a whopping 26 for that show. For them to have any hope drawing cars for late model show now, it really needs a sanction. I hope the show is successful, I really do, because I like Bridgeport and I like late models, but the odds are stacked against it.
