The Dream Weaver streak is going to extend tonight.

Anyone who doesn't think so needs to watch the Vms race again.

He was the best that night at VMS, but I don't think that race proves anything about tonights race. He has a good shot at winning but to call it a lock... don't think so imo.

        Thanks,
        Jeff.

Think that Bloomer guy had something to say about your streak.
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.

Congrats. to Bloomer but this didn't tack anything away from the impressive progress Weaver is making.

Weaver had a nice run, it was mostly against regional racers. Too think he wouldve done that against the WoO or Lucus regulars is just being blind too reality.

Maybe, but there was quite a field at the $20,000 King of the Commonwealth including Bloomquist, Davenport and Madden. Same thing at Cherokee.

IMHO, if it were not for a VERY questionable call by the WoO officials in favor of their guy (Richards), it would have been a much better race between Bloomquist and Weaver at Smoky Mountain.

He was still fastest in hot laps and 3rd fastest in qualifying. It's not like he had mid-pack speed. Bloomer was just faster that night. Drivers rarely keep an advantage like that for very long. If it wasn't just law of averages catching up with him, if Weaver and crew found something to make them that much better eventually everyone else will catch up.

Has Weaver ever ran a national tour? Never got a chance to see him race. He seems like a super guy from his interviews

You never know how good you are until you race on a Nat'l tour, week in and out. Not taking anything from Weaver but he needs to race against them and see where he stacks up.

First of all.... Nobody was gonna beat Bloomer Sat. night, no if's, ands, or buts.......All that said, did anyone watch the heats race videos on DOD????? Watch the first heat with Weaver (jumping the start) and the fourth heat with Ray Cook. Cook had a good car length lead when they passed the start/finish line.....Watch the video and tell me what y'all think.
