I always enjoyed watching him race. Met him a time or two as well as a youngster. He was always very friendly.

that right side still looks good,its been hanging on my garage wall since '99..lol

along with a full page ad they had at the time congratulating him and Mark on taking the car down south and winning the "Dixie Shootout",which they accomplished by moving the left rear shock behind.

that car and race helped put Rocket on the map and led to the success they enjoyed for years.

I always liked that car too. Was more of a fan of the black one with this design though. Both were very sharp.

always loved that car. and it being a number in the 60's made it better, 60-69 have to be the least used numbers in racing!!!
