World 100 question

Haven't been in 20 years plan on going this fall. Do I need reserved seats? Last 3Dreams figured out I prefer turn 3 bleachers, are those reserved? Can I show up Thursday and buy a general admission ticket and be able to find seats in turn 3? Thanks for any info!
