Videos out on dod an its crystal clear, a lap or two before the incident Schmidt had to force himself up over the cushion an into the wall ripping off his own spoiler exiting turn two just to avoid the contact from a kamikaze slider 1-2 laps later booby finished him off slamming him into the wall with fifteen plus laps to go for third place sad part is this moyer an moyer jr jr raced the first part of the race roughly 10 laps side by side towards the end of the race babb an unzicker raced side by side for ten or so laps why ? Because there where two very good lines the entire race up top an down low some would argue three good lines if your car could roll thru the middle . Moral of the story completely unnecessary and completely avoidable same song an dance . As for the bobby rubbing moyer jr after the race disrespecting more drivers equipment, the video did not show that what it did show was bobby throwing another slider on moyer jr before he returned the favor a lap later not sure why he was upset at little moyer for returning the favor? As far as hating goes ........ hate the video if your ok with what your driver does cause the video doesnt lie. On a side note my hats off to the track crew for providing a very racy surface with multiple grooves at both ends of the track great racing from start to finish .

Congrats to the Babbster on the win and being a new Daddy. As far as Pierce, he is a helluva wheelman but sooner or later someone is going to go to that noggin of his. it should probably happen sooner than later.

The only thing i dont like about Pierce is when it's done to him he and his crew whines like a bunch of candy azzez. if you're going to dish it out on the track then when it happens to you take it and move on otherwise don't do it others and then you wont have to cry about it when they return the favor.

That is laughable! It was either very intentional or Bobby is a piss poor driver. We all know he can drive, so that leaves the first option.

Bobby knew Schmitt was there. He also knew he wouldn't clear him. He did it anyway.

I turned to my daughter the lap before it happened and said "watch Bobby stuff Schmitt into the wall." Bobby acted as if on cue! Very predictable.

But hey, you Pierce fans keep saying it's not intentional. The rest of us know it is.

If Bobby would have had some patience, he could have passed him clean.

Wow! Maybe Pierce is a piss poor driver after all. For him to say he had Schmitt cleared and "he could have crossed him over" in that case is absolutely moronic.

Are you Pierce fans still going to stick up for him after claiming he had him cleared??? If you agree with him on that, then you are definitely blindly loyal and beyond being objective.

I contend that NO objective person could ever say Pierce had Schmitt cleared on that move.

I was there last night at Fairbury and had one heck of a view of the accident between Pierce and Schmitt. In no way shape or form was he even remotely close to having Schmitt cleared to make the pass or a CLEAN PASS at that.. Regardless of what anyone else says that is what you call getting blatantly run over. I have lost any or all respect I may have had for that kid. O well. Like the old saying goes "Pay Backs A B!tch". The comments in the interview after the race were garbage just like his arrogant @$$ attitude. He needs to be knocked off that high horse he thinks he is standing on. Schmitt had just as much right to that track as Pierce did.
