My Mother's birthday

Hello racing family. My Mother's birthday is July 3rd and our church came up with the idea to shower her with Birthday wishes. She has been under Hospice care starting Christmas morning 2014 and is still currently. She is doing well mentally but is stuck at home. Her name is Helen DeVoe.
