I know this thread is days old, but wanted to say how much I enjoyed returning to my home town track for this event. special mention to earl pearson and billy moyer being in attendance. reminded me of my childhood on Saturday nights when Omaha and des moines tracks would rain out and you would get excited from the top row of the bleachers watching guys drive in that you only read about in the hawkeye racing news, moyer was one of those. many moons ago. and just like the old days, one of the locals (Chris Spieker) represented the track well with a 3rd place finish.
