Wow. Pill draw for the heats for a 100K to win Crown Jewel. That's gonna be interesting. And basically can be considered a one day show. Could see a lot of cars for this one.

Thursday:
late models & modifieds hot laps/practice only

Friday:
late models two hot laps sessions
modifieds no hot laps
modifieds heats (pill draw line ups), consis and feature

Saturday:
late models no hot laps
late models heats (pill draw line ups), consis and DTWC feature
late models Jim Dunn Memorial feature

This new format is intended to give racers/teams adequate time to dial their cars in with on track time, increase the amount of racing action in the heats via the pill drawing/no qualifying and to help reduce wear/tear on the racing surface. Should be a good action packed DTWC!

That is too good to be true. If that was the format every race fan within a 3 hour radius would be there. I guarantee that it will be the typical "fast car starts up front" format. I wish it was at least the I-80 / North South passing points format so that we can see some racing.

That is dumb too, there's no reason to put extra laps on the track before the race that everybody came to see. Run it last.

Give him time, he'll be back, under a different name of course. It would get old to me having to make up a new name every couple weeks. But if that's what floats his boat, and makes him happy....so be it.

Can't call the guy a quitter though.
