This is 1985 nationals line-up with the late Jim Jaeger doing the announcing duties. I was the track announcer there that year but I did the on-track interviews and winners circle stuff with the remote mic.

Bobby ran APel's #51 there a couple of weeks ago and turned 11.3 second laps his first time out in it. Don't know how that compares to what times are fast there but he seemed ok with it even with a block attached to the gas pedal so he could reach it.

Fastest times in practice so far are 11.5 so that 11.3 should put him on the pole. Live free coverage on Race Monitor.

I would imagine they had the race setup in for the first practice and will put the qualifying setup in for the second and final practice.

I predict someone wrecks him... these guys don't race for 10k weekly like we are used to. Sauters should be tough to beat.
