Not sure why. Possibly some Oakshade local can enlighten us. Talked to Rusty years ago at a Lincoln S N race. Seemed like a OK down to earth guy to me. I will say at that time the guy was really racing on a shoe string budget and was really competitive. I think he has put people off in the past along with his pr people always bringing up the shoestring budget, then right after telling us about lack of funds turns around and drives HUNDREDS of miles out of the way past SEVERAL tracks, then claims its a business thing......I understand the amount of cash it takes to run a SLM but to drive dang near four states away from home and to feed fans on it being a matter of dollars and cents makes zero since, and to clarify I am not a Schlenk hater met him few times and he can dang sure wheel a LM.Comment

Hes a class act and a great driver! He won earlier this year in the 11 car over Matt Miller, Jeep, insane Duane, Westfall, the rice boys, Latham, Gilpen, James to name a few! Always polite and always willing to help fellow drivers!Comment

I have to admit, I do enjoy all of the creativity in the new names you guys come up with.
