    I said plenty of power to win the feature at any track in America . I didn't say enough to set fast time at eldora if it was a mid 14 second track ....

                        The top teams have all of the HP that money can buy because it works well in qualifying...and that is important. When the track gets slick, you need a driver that is capable of controlling that HP...and these top touring teams all have these types of drivers.
