Normally I'd be excited about this race but with the downturn at the Knob over the last year I'll probably be a no show. Who knew that Dixie's departure would have such a ripple effect on this track. I did, because she ran the show for a clueless promoter.

Id say you will see 10-15 quality supers & 25-30 total superlates, & as far as Dixie she done much more than just raceivers she helped me out a lot with the luvracing site. She wasn't the only piece of the puzzle that was lost the past couple years. I really like going to the knob. I hope they get the bugs worked out for this & event & going forward next season. it is a awesome facility.

That comment must have struck a nerve. No she hasn't been gone for 3 years. She was a asset to the Knob. Now tell me about those great car counts you've been having this year. The Knob has been in a death spiral for the last year. Hopefully better things come in the future cause I enjoy the races there, just not under the present circumstance.

Normally if a track is going to have good car counts and great drivers coming they will post the drivers that are coming. In this case you have NONE posted but brag about them coming, well post who is coming. It may change my mind of not going.

Pre-entry lists are about as useful as a three dollar bill or arguing about what someone doesnt know. This race is usually a regional showing and with it being about the only race in the area this weekend it should be fine car count wise. Quality wise is in the eye of the beholder. all the star gazers will probably find it disappointing but fans of racing will probably have a decent time. Maybe they should just replace the go-kart track with a thunderdome for those disenchanted
