Eldora Speedway's big Dirt late Model weekend are getting even more lucrative with richer payouts in the Thursday-Friday preliminary features.
For 2016 , the historic Tony Stewart-owned oval will pay $10,000-to-win for four preliminary features preceding next September's World 100, according to track sources. Additionally, June's $100,000-to-win Dream will will pay $5,000-to-win for Thursday's twin prelims and $10,000-to-win for Friday's twins. previously the World 100's prelims paid$5,000-to-win apiece while the Dream paid $2,500-to-win and $5,000-to-win.
More details about the purse and format adjustments , including information about Eldora's Kings Royal and Four Crown Nationals weekends for next season, will be announced during this weekends 34th Annual Four Crown Nationals.
The boost will increase the overall weekend payout for the Dream
and the World 100, both which carry weekend purses in access of $300,000.
