The pick on dirt on dirt is the 20x car the his car owner,Brian Rowland drove,and I think that is the bwrc car if you look at the roll bar lettering

It is a club 29. The letting is clear to me. But like you said. That was Rowland.

I don't think its been officially announced that Owens will be in a BWRC for 2016 if so I must of missed the announcement.
