Sunday night track in Illinois?

Just looking for a little help. I am planning on going to Tazwell and Florance in june and on the way home I wanted to find a track somewhere in Illinois that races on a Sunday night and preferably has late models or at least Mods any info would be great thanks

Quincy raceway in Quincy, Illinois might be your best bet.

Assuming you're heading back towards Minnesota there's also Quad City (East Moline). It's IMCA but competitive every time I've been there. Also unsure of LaSalle's plans for this year but they ran some Sunday night shows last year.

East Moline is an interesting place to visit. Dubuque is IMCA, but offers very good two groove racing.

Angell Park in Sun Prairie WI runs some Sunday nights also right off I90. No late models but the IRA sprints had some good races there last year.

You can't go wrong with East Moline if you're looking for action. They start hot laps at 5:15 so you usually get out at an early hour.

I would check out Lincoln Speedway's schedule for 2016. That track has run some Sunday night shows in the past and it's possible they might run some in 2016 with Bob Sargant at the helm. I know on Sunday July 3rd they will be having the Summer Nationals tour.

actually for an imca track east moline puts on a pretty good show
