I see good and bad here. They basically shaved 10 grand off the Champions purse and distributed it to the weekly winners. If it gets more guys to follow the series, I guess it's a good thing.

15 Grand to win the championship now???? What a joke. I like the idea just went about it the wrong way. They didnt have to take that 10 grand away from the final point fund. That extra money they paid for the weekly point fund might have brought a few extra cars certain weeks which would have helped pay for it.
