Having access trouble to 4M

My problem or 4M's? Get error 403 from projecthoneypot with tech code about half the time. Get this on 3 different computers I have access to so I'm not inclined to think it's a virus problem. Any ideas?

It does it to me at random times. It may do it once refresh the page and it'll go away til I click another post.

4m is less than friendly to the latest versions of Safari, too....
