When Oneal brought the caution out and changed both rear tires,even though he had no tire flat, does Lucas have any rule about doing this??

You don't get 2 courtesy laps. Green goes when lined up. -
Kenny says at the driver's meeting that they will give you 2 courtesy laps. But if you are a Lucas good 'ol boy like Landers, you get 4 laps. Another non-Lucas favorite pulled in as soon as the yellow was thrown and the hot pit gate was opened and they went green after one lap.Comment

I was not trying to start a big controversy over it ,was just curious about the rules.
I know about the 2 courtesy laps ,but it seemed like they dragging at times last night.Comment
