@HoosierDirtfan...with LaSalle being somewhat limited in shows this year, I would expect Mataragas to head to places like Fairbury more. Sycamore Speedway reportedly is upping the ante this year for 4-Bar cars (that's what they call Late Models), $1000 to win and $150 to start...at least from what I heard. They only race that class every other week, but that, along with LaSalle's situation, should bring more cars. Michael's business (Mike Mataragas Enterprises) has quite a few customers that race at Sycamore as well. He had an open house yesterday with a great turnout! He mentioned wanting to get to Eldora and possibly other big shows (Knoxville).

Been an O'Neal fan since one of my earliest memories with my dad at brownstown speedway, and just stuck with him through the years. Often find myself cheering for JD as well when O'Neal has a bad night. .
