Blankenship story coming up on 60 minutes.

Lara Logan profiles Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau; Anderson Cooper reports on the landmark case against coal company CEO Don Blankenship; Bill Whitaker visits the busiest Death Row in the U.S. and talks with condemned prisoners who have been given execution dates.

He left himself wide open for the crucifixion he received by refusing comment. I hate that rich people are so greedy.

....and 60 Minutes said the worst punishment he can get is a year in the can and several million in fines. He'll probably go to a country club prison where the best scenario is that he ends up with a cellmate that was a coal miner doing time for something like beating his wife or brother-in-law.

Especially when it comes to people losing their lives hence the reason unions came about back in the day. He should go to jail and for more then a year.

It's certainly not the first time a dads action and attitude has shone a negative light on the family name...........just like another West Virginia driver we all know, you can't pick and choose your family when they do or say something less than stellar.
Where is the move over flag when you need it?????

The offspring's action and attitude will often cast a negative light on the family name too!

It still amazes me that the kid had no money of his own to keep racing when the daddy said lets quit it was over and when I call him a kid I mean he is a 30 something man, most men at that age at least where I come from are taking care of themselves by then.

The crew chief pulled the plug on that deal and the dad put the checkbook away because of that.

I've always said that race team was financed off the blood of coal miners. I'm glad to see Don at least got something
