Hell Tour Info

I am going to Summernationals races at these tracks in July; Daugherty Speedway, Peoria, Macon, Farmer City and Highland. I've never been to any of these tracks and would like to know; Best place to sit, are reserved seats necessary etc. I'll be extremely appreciative for any information that you can supply.

I'll keep my eyes and ears open.

As far as seating goes: don't sit in turn 1 at Macon or you will be pelted with dirt early on in the night. I prefer sitting on the front stretch rather than the back stretch. Farmer city, I think the best seat in the house is in section D (turn 1 ). The covered grandstands are not worth a darn Imo. Last time I was at KAMP (Daughtry) it had a lot of seating and didn't seem like there was a bad seat. I haven't been to Peoria or Highland but I plan to this year.

I doubt any of these tracks mentioned will have reserved seats for hell tour races. Get there early and put a blanket down. Hope you enjoy!

Highland has reserved seats buts t he bottom 3 rows or box seats go fiqure coverd noisy grandstands nice place track so so my preferred seats are 1 turn 1 or 4 outside the covered grandstands Peoria nice track if it rains out bar next door says girls girls girls

I'm looking at possibly doing those same races during that week with a couple of additions on the front end of the week .. I went to Highland last year and really liked it ..small bullring with a lot of action!

Macon is awesome! Farmer city does not have a good seat, I sit in the pits. Only 2 that I have been to.

yeah Farmer city is kinda hard to get use to t least at a track like Fairbury you have choices front or back stretch

Farmercity back stretch high. Sight lines in corners bad anywhere you sit.. Highland not a bad seat in house prefer high in turn 1. Daughtry don't sit on front stretch unless you love eating dirt. Macon back stretch ur right on top of track.

Macon is a small little bullring with a lot of action. Try to sit as close to the middle of the track as possible on the front stretch. Highland was my home track growing up and it produces some good racing with the proper track prep. Since they run late models on a regular basis I would hope that they would have that dialed in. Covered grandstands can be noisy. Take some earplugs along for sure.

Daugherty (Kamp) has a feel of a former baseball field to me. Just my opinion of course. Plenty of seating and I don't think you will find a bad seat in the house. I haven't been there with the new ownership but before it could get quite dusty. Take some eye protection along just in case. These three tracks are the only ones that you mentioned that I have been to. Hope you enjoy your trip.

Macon is great!! Could use a second pair of eyes to watch all the action..
