Was this restart clean by the 4 car? It seems if you watch closely, before the 12 car hits the throttle the 4 car has already throttled up, and got inside of him. You can tell the 12 car hadn't hit the throttle yet, because when he does the car jacks up higher. What are your thoughts? http://youtu.be/ShBxuT9EVsU

Two things.

Didn't pass before the cone.

And also, Jameson should have protected the bottom on the restart.

exactly. Also if Jameson would have went low in 3 on final lap it probably would have taken mahonesy momentum away also and sealed the win. mahoney just out drove him
