Can anyone explain how Overton got his spot back after he wrecked at the start? Just seeing the DOD recap didn't make sense to me as to why he wouldn't be sent to the back. These Illinios racetracks just make it up as they go along or what?

I think he spun on the 1st lap. I thought if a caution was thrown on the 1st lap it was a complete restart. My 0.02

I think the rule book says they can move you back 1 spot...On a restart on 1st lap..
