Wonder what happened there? Wilmoth even tweeted out Friday he was on his way to Duck River.Originally posted by toloud View PostSince Wilmoth was a no show at Duck river and they are in the process of scrapping the Bloomer ca r experiment and looking at chassis options that they are probably off the WOO tour.

Outside of his trip to Golden Isles earlier this year, Chris Madden has been pretty dominate anywhere he unloads. Swept March Madness at Cherokee. Pulled in at Dixie after the fiasco at Smokey Mountain Speedway and led every lap. Broke Track records at Lancaster and Senoia Speedway. Was leading at Lancaster until Transmission issues. Was leading at Senoia but lost out in traffic to JD. Dominated Boyd's Lucas show. Was gaining on Landers at EAMS until mechanical issues sidelined him. He's literally been a top 2 car at every race he's ran since March. I know a few of these races don't have the high-level competition as lucas on WoO shows, but he's proven even when he runs with them he can still be dominate. Not so surprised that he's being successful in his new Longhorn but didn't see this coming.

Biggest surprise this year........the fact that the Jd and the rumley team has even won a race of course.
After all of the reading I did on 4 m last year, they only won those races because of the device.
Which has now been banned, so........🤘Horns up beyotches.Where is the move over flag when you need it?????

Huge and pleasant surprise the early success of Brian Shirley. No team in late fall to being a contender in Ga/Fl and this spring is a great story line for sure.Originally posted by huskerdirt View PostThe car Shirley drove last year for Cullen was a Pierce at Cedar Lake. Then Cullen came on board at the end to help (with the Shirleys Rocket).
Now the team had brand new Longhorns from Weaver.
That team has what it takes to complete at a high level: good driver, good equipment, good team members and good sponsors both big and small, many have been with him for years.
More teams will have to look at what these guys have put together and in every interview with Brian Shirley, he lets people know how grateful he is to all who help make the 3s team successful.

Shirley looks really good in that longhorn by weaver. I think he could contend for the woo title with some luck and some bad luck for richards. Bobby Pierce i know the ol man has the chassis company but for being a family owned and operation very impressed would love to see what he would do in a rumley prepared longhorn???Yikes. And ricky thornton jr i think has a very bright future the brightest out of the mod drivers coming up...
