90% chance of rain here and the track decides to go for it. Raced for an hour before it starts to rain. Seems to me they got a little greedy. It was quite obvious on the radar they weren't going to have a chance in getting the show in.

Yep, promoters can't win in those situations.

Not really. A few others were cancelling 2-3 days before because it was obviously going to be cold and wet. Sometimes that's a good thing so people can make plans to do other stuff.

yeah and i watched a promoter cancel a race the morning of the race because guys were coming from as far away as 4 hours and there was a 80% chance of rain and guess what it didnt rain and people jump all over the promoter so, it really is dam if they do and dam if they dont
