Jackie sure looked a lot faster than Eddie. If he would have waited he would have made the pass. Heard ol Eddie told Jackie in the pits that he was gonna run him out of business. Lol.

I know several words exchanged.....I kept my distance. For Eddie.....one of the nicest guys on the put area to get that mad, shows ya something. Carrier wasn't the only one that wasn't happy with Boggs after that race.Originally posted by willardboy View PostJackie sure looked a lot faster than Eddie. looks about like what he did in the modified race, he just did it in turn 1 instead of 3.
he got passed for the lead, and dumped Hoffman in turn 1. took it to the pits, looks like he did the same in the late models.I think there should be lifeguards in the genepool.

Only 4b didn't just get passed for the lead, as was stated by willardboy, he was faster and most likely would have passed him. It looked bad, but no reason for it (that I know of). Looked like 4b was trying to hit the entry with good momentum and miscalculated where 28 was going to be. Miscalculated really badly. 4b was pretty fast, came back through field, passed 28 and finished 5th. And nearly earned 4th at the line.Originally posted by JustAddDirt View Postlooks about like what he did in the modified race, he just did it in turn 1 instead of 3.

Haters!!!
Were you even there? Hoffman drives the blue number 2, Taylor Cook drives the red 21.If you look you can find the up close video of turn one , it is so close that you cant tell if there was any contact, not even a tiny bend in the sheet metal. It looked like the 21 got sideways and put the rear quarter where Boggs didn't expect it to be. As for the late model I thought Eddie broke because he slowed so quickly entering turn 3 but as he continued it happened again with another car several laps later but that car was able to miss him . Jackie had a terrible night and paid the price for it as he should but some of you haters that have never driven a car amaze me ! I'll go back next week and cheer for them all and hate no one , you should try it sometime.Originally posted by JustAddDirt View Postlooks about like what he did in the modified race, he just did it in turn 1 instead of 3. he got passed for the lead, and dumped Hoffman in turn 1. took it to the pits, looks like he did the same in the late models.

Both of these deals were totally on Boggs. I was standing in turn 1 for the mod race there was contact......the 21 was consistently hitting his marks on the bottom, when for some reason Boggs TRIED to squeeze under him. The 21 didn't get sideways at all. Jackie shouldn't have tried to switch lanes like he did, and when he did. We didn't see Hoffman or Hawkins try to dive under Cook after he passed them did we?Last edited by zyoung25; 05-10-2016, 10:11 AM.

Up in the air who my next “favorite†driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normalâ€.

That modified race was one heck of a race. When it was all 4 of them Jackie, Nick Hoffman, Taylor Cook and Jacob Hawkins it was an exciting race. They were all up high and Cook snuck under all 3 of them. Heck of a race. I wish Jackie wouldn't have done what he did so we could've seen them race it out. Looked to me like Jackie went in there to try to move Cook out of the road because there def wasn't any room to go under Cook as he was on the very bottom of the track. I dunno if he just thought he'd have more room than he did or if he was moving Cook out of the way. Whatever the case the track made the right call. Hoffman has been dominating this year. Let's see if he can do it again this weekend. Awesome racing!!!Next Race: 3/31/18 "Bunny 20's" with Sprints, Late Models, Modifieds and Sport Mods
*We will also be having an Easter Egg Hunt @ 3:00 so bring the kids out for a fun and enjoyable Saturday night as we open the 2018 race season*
