That was approved by lucas last yr cuz kevin specifically went to lucas and askd them if he could run it and they said no problems. Why do you think kevin is so red a$$ed at lucas. They said it was legal and then outlawed it this yr. It wasnt just that piece to make car run like it did. There was a set up to go w it and it wasnt expensive to make as other teams could have easily used it in there budgets. Everybody thinks hes cheatn cuz they had the setup. Bloomers been caught multiple times. He was cheatn like hell to catch jd last yr and had a hard time doing it. This has been talkd about over and over again and again.
