$1500 to win for super lates and $200 to start. also on the card will be the 5th annual Merrill downey memorial for mods paying $4,444 to win plus lap money of $44 per lap. race is 44 laps...plus other money added to the purse. this year if you can run the table the winner's share is doubled (per bobby gompf). qualifying, heats, dash, last chance races and 44 lap "A" main. thank you hope you can make it...

Less driving distance, like the rare chance to race the Burg, only 1 winner at each track, etc

I have made this race the last 2 years,It was great both times,Im going to miss it this year,have company coming in from New York.
Nick Hoffman won it last year, if I remember right. But it took him most of the race to take the lead. The second place guy won most of the lap money.
And both years I could have stayed home and watched a Lucas race at Musky. LOL

i look for lawrenceburg to have as many late models paying $1500 to win as brownstown does paying $5k. i remember the turnout was very poor at btown last year for their 4th of july race.
