Mike Marlar was the most noticeable moving car and was up to 4th, was letting it all hang out, and tagged the wall between 3 & 4. There was a big pack of cars behind Marlar and JD couldn't avoid him, tangling with Casey Roberts as well and all 3 cars were taken out. At the time JD & Roberts were about 6th & 7th. This was with maybe 15 to go, not sure exactly. Madden was running well just before that, in 4th, and got overaggressive on a lapped car going into 3 -- ran into the back of him and looked like he cut down a tire which put him into the wall.

Not a ton of position changes towards the front of the A-main but cars were running multiple grooves and the heats were really good -- lots of battles. Dale McDowell was just the class of the field in his new Sweet Blomquist ride, he made it look easy.
