i get where he's coming from with kids in the sport. But josh and james are hardly kids anymore. As for kids in the sport i think they degrade the image, regardless of their talents little league is little league and there needs to be a place for that. Hence the age limits at tracks like eldora.

As far as I know, there is no connection with John. All of that stuff is gone. This car was put together by James. James was gone out of town, Josh asked to drive while he was gone, and they went from there.

It certainly is a good car, or he wouldn't have won the race. He is a fine driver, but it isn't like he was winning every week before.

Just looking at the pics, if it's an 03, it definitely has updates. The cage has that tube from the front of the cage down to the door at that Rocket didn't start doing until late 05.

I remember when Walter Burson who was the technical for The STARS travelling series was paranoid that Chub Frank was going to break his scales because it was so old and heavy. They later found out that the car had somehow filled up with water over the years. They didn't know whether in was condensation, water from washing it, or rain water blowing down in it driving down the road on the flat trailer or what. At any rate he was still winning several races a year right up until the season that he started running the Bullitt cars.
