Francis Practicing at PRP.

I was on my way home from work and I drive right by portsmouth raceway. I noticed there was a hauler and race car setting there, it also looked as if the track was prepped. I slowed down and it looked to be Steve Francis car, I did stay and watch them turn a few laps. Im not a Francis fan in any way, but glad to see him doing better and racing.

He didn't have to prep any RR tires, so in a way, the new tire rule is already saving racers money. FYI, in no way did I mean an illegal tire, just an off the shelf tire!

How many RR tires would a team of that caliber use in a test, and how many hrs would that be?
