Every major sanction has rules out for 2016 except you guessed it UMP, and now they are bringing in a new tire and still no rules, no announcement nothing.

More racers need to let UMP, this kind of behavior means no membership money

Its totally amazing that UMP ignores racers refuses to put out rules until its too late, does not tech at tracks and yet year after year like sheep the promoters keep coming back for more...

Its the equivalent of continuing to shop at store that charges too much and getting a crappy product and coming back year after year and buying the same stuff when there are lots of other options to choose from. No viable business would stay in operation that way

You are a non racer so when the rules come out doesn't apply to you! Now Burger King's code of conduct does apply to you!

When UMP rules come out they don't apply to anyone anyway or have you forgotten. The rules are not enforced at most tracks and if they are enforced it's just a couple rules that they worry about so, really it doesn't matter when UMP comes out with the rules. Heck they can come out in July and it won't affect anyone.
