My buddy tells me this ? A good car that is setup right will run the bottom line & win .....A car that doesnt have a good setup can run the top & look good & win too.... He claims iits all driver on top .... The reason we go back in forth on this is because we watch a car/driver most every weekend run the top .... My buddy claims their car sucks on the bottom because its not setup right ....
