- Engine-640cc max self starting normally aspirated motorcycle engine (no turbo or superchargers).
- No performance enhancing fuels.
- Any tire on a 10 inch diameter wheel (Uprights can run 13 inch diameter).
- Tread width - 64 inches to outside of tire manimum.
- Any wing that is not outside of the tire width 750 LBS minimum weight.
- No nerf bars or bumpers outside of tires.
