604 ???

What is the difference between the go nuclear, rush , nesmith , 604 ??. Are they all the same horse power, and torque, and legal to run against each other or no ??

Rush and NeSmith motor rules are or were the same last year. Not sure on Go Nuclear but I think they are very similar if not the same.

Certain series make you have their seals if the engine has been rebuilt. Not sure of the go nuclear series never heard much about them. If I recall correctly the rush series is owned by the Nesmith series so there should be no issue with running the same engine in those two series.
