Our Team races 602 Crates and ran a droop rule. Now the have changed it to a no droop rule. What changes would have to be made to adjust?

Softer lr/ rf. If you can run stacks and have someone to help you tune it I would run a digressive stack on lr and dual stage stack on the rf. That way you can raise rf static height and lower lr static height but still keep optimum droop loads and travel numbers through tuning the lockout nuts. -
