Aluminum drive shaft?

I don’t see many if any aluminum drive shafts in my area. What are thoughts on these. I’m needing one and found a used one from a reputable source. I’ve only used steel in the past.

They worked fine for decades and still will. I prefer CF if you run a ballspline.
