I am asking these questions for tech purpose.-How does the GM Seals come off a 604 crate motor. Is there a special tool to get them off and is it available to the public.-If the GM Seals are broke a motor builder cant replace them? Is that correct. Seals from a sanctioning body would have to be put back on the motor. Is that correct.
