CRUSA/Fastrak engine rules

Any differences? A friend of mine recently bought a Fastrak sealed 604, but our CRUSA rules forbid a Fastrak sealed motor!

Crazy isn't it. There are small differences, but in truth I do believe that the Fastrak sealed engine is legal except for the fact that CRUSA doesn't accept their seals! More of a political issue than any advantage that a Fastrak engine has unfortunately....
