Odd question... Radiator Cap

What radiator cap should I run with my 604 crate late model?
20-22lbs. Or
23-25lbs. Or
29-31lbs. Or
31-33lbs. ???

Id rather keep the water inside regardless of temp than let it outside.
I'd feel better about 280' with water in it, than 160 with no water at all.

caps vents are to protect the hoses and radiators in OE cars and trucks, both of those are considered consumables in this sport.
