If one wanted to put different rockers on a 604 for some added power when running with open-motor competition, would a 1.6 rocker work okay?

1.6's are legal for ASA Pavement engines. Depending on engine condition and power output they are worth 7-11HP and 200-300rpm's. Might cost you 10ft/# on bottom.
Almost anything you do to an engine is a trade off. -
What other things can you do to make more power that can be undone at later date.
Rockers 1.6
Valve springs ?? what type?

Fuel changes and additives can be a big gain if you know what you are doing or you have a good source.
I also like adding an alternator and a spare battery and running an electric fan. Most folks on here don't agree but it is almost 25RWHP. If ARCA cars can do it on Dirt at 800hp why cant a crate or Super???Comment
