02 warrior set-up

Need some help with 02 warrior set-up. Need info for, left and rear weights, shocks and springs, ride heights, etc... Running 602 crate on a 1/4 mile semi banked track. The car is a 4-bar with Z-link on right side. How does a Z-link work and when is the time to use it???
