4412 Rebuild
If you don't want to spend the extra money buy a rebuild kit and install it. It takes about 30 minutes and if you do everything right it will run just like it did before you took it apart.
If you are running pump gas you might want to invest in viton or alcohol needle and seats, alcohol resistant power valve and the new style synthetic green or gray gaskets. Left turn float also helps.
You can get the parts from BLP, Braswell or any of the specialty carb folks. If you have problems I can build you a kit with the good needle and seat ( $22), left turn float ( $24), Alcohol resistant PV ($12) and accelerator pump ($9), Synthetic metering block and bowl gaskets and all the other stuff you need for $99 and $6 shipping. I include new screws for the bowl and accelerator pump, needle and seat assembly & throttle body to base plate. I purchase my bulk parts from BLP and Braswell.
That 10-15% Ethanol is a real pain on small carb part and small holes in the metering blocks.
