Can anybody help out with a blank set up sheet to use at the track to keep up with the base set up and adjustments made during the race.

Check this thread. The latest version of his software has a print function. You can print out blank copies to have in a set up book.

Most handling problems can be solved by adjusting the screw-ball. It can be difficult to fine tune at times. Explaining yourself loudly and striking it on top of the helmet with a dead blow hammer usually works well.Comment

I used those when I first started. The problem I had with those sheets is they aren't detailed enough. Bar locations, 5th coil, 6th coil, shock details and so on.Crew Chief "Tip of the day":
