    RR coming off the spring?

Why is my right rear coming off the spring at the end of the strightaway? We put a go pro on the rear end and watched it. I could see it happen if we had a open motor but we just run a crate motor. Any help is neeeded.

It happens a lot more than people realize. The rr tries to climb the bars just like the lr does. If you have less rr bar angle, more rr shock rebound, or try some other things you can probably eliminate it. All these things will effect the car, however.

Length of 5th coil from the axles has an effect too. Close to the rear lifts the whole rear of the car.

Try a take up spring see if that helps.

I had a 97 Shaw that did this, and like Mastersbilt said, it lifted the whole rear of the car up as well.
