    afco shocks

    I have been running afco 37 series. But I just bought a set of the silver Series will my lap time improve will the handling improve. I don't know what to expect any help is needed.

    you are going from a twin tube to a mono tube. that will change the dynamics some.

    mono tubes are great in the rough heavy track enviroment and twin tubes seem to be better on the slick tracks as i feel like they have better feel when its rubbered down and smooth.

    we dont have much of a choice though. the class we run mandates we have all twin tube shocks. which is just as well because the tracks go slick by the end of heats around here.

        The shocks will feel different because they are monotube vs your old twin tubes shocks. Will your car be faster? That depends on the valving in them and how well you adjust them during the night.
