have 604 new stealh carb e-85 will not take off. any help thanks

check content of fuel----86 is the max and and 83 would be the min

are you power braking?

what is your water temp?---they have to be warm--(200 range)

timing 34 degrees and locked

back the mixture screws out to 1 1/2 from seat ---readjust base idle----will seem lopey but has had good results
