    Crate sealing?

I have heard that Dirt/UMP have been letting crate motors to be rebuilt by legal
rebuild machine shops BUT they don't have not have the GM/RM bolts.
But must have the rebuilders paper work and # so they can be contacted to varify
    the legallity of the motor.
    Is this true?

No bolts or paper work required since sometime in 2009. We were told you can rebuild them yourself if you want.
