Dry Sump on a 604

This might be a stupid question, but I have a limited late model thats setup for a dry sump and want to put a 604 in it and run at a few tracks nearby that don't allow limited late models. Can I set the crate motor up to run my dry sump without breaking any rules? Because I've never heard of a 604 with a dry sump system.

The oil pan is sealed, so to pull it off would unseal the engine and that would be illegal by 99.9% of all crate motor rules packages.

You can leave all the dry sump stuff in the car though to help with the weight.
