I would pick a certified builder local to you that can help you with your problems when you have them.
FASTRAK.com has a list of certified engine builders on their site and I have heard good things about all of them.

How much do 602 pistons cost? is there a better/more affordable "same as" piston as I have heard that replacement crate pistons are crazy expensive.
